What you can send us
The demo form asks for:

The form asks for those details so we can schedule your Marketivy demo. The consent checkbox stays unchecked until you choose it, and it links to this policy.
Texts and email
The form includes a checkbox for consent to SMS and email follow-up. It is unchecked until you check it. We do not accept the form without that consent.
