These pages describe the Marketivy AI Front Office. They are a draft for review. The written agreement you sign before service starts is the agreement that governs the work.
The service
Marketivy sets up a front office so calls and leads get answered, followed up, booked, reminded, and asked for a review. You keep your phone number. You do not need new phones.
The assistant speaks from a script you approve. It does not invent prices, and it does not give legal advice.
Plans and fees
Published plans, monthly prices, and one-time setup fees are listed on the pricing page. Those amounts, plus the plan you choose, are what the signed agreement should name.
Usage limits and applicable usage charges may apply.
Texts and email
If you consent on the demo form, you agree to texts and emails about that request. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Phone numbers are never sold or shared for marketing.
Cancellation
You can cancel. How that works, including any notice, belongs in the signed agreement. This draft does not add a surprise term.
This website
The demo form collects a request so we can schedule a walkthrough. Customer stories are published only when a business agrees to share them.
